RETURN POLICY
You have up to 14 days upon receiving shipment to return items purchased on KINGZWORLDWIDE.COM.
Orders must be returned by mail only.
Item(s) purchased must be in new, unused condition with original tags still attached.(Underwear or swimwear, Fragrance is NOT returnable due to our hygiene policy.)
Once your order is received and inspected, a refund to your original payment method will be processed. Shipping Charges are non-refundable. Allow 3-5 business days for your refund to process.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for KINGZ products not purchased from KINGZWORLDWIDE.COM.

*Domestic Returns are free when you use our pre-paid returns shipping label upon review.

EXCHANGES
KINGZWORLDWIDE.COM does not offer exchanges. We ask that you return the merchandise for a full refund and place a new order for the preferred item(s).
